Parent portal

Family pages behind one login.

Put handbooks, forms, schedules and documents where only your families can see them. Parents sign in with Google, Microsoft or a one-time code sent to their email. Staff get their own pages too.

No new password for parents to remember.

Demo: a parent signs in to the Lincoln Families page with Google and sees the 2027–28 handbook, a field trip form due October 3, their bus route and family events. A toast confirms the field trip form was submitted.

Who sees what

Only the right families get in.

Import your family list once. Then decide who can open each page: every family, one school, one grade, or staff only. The check happens on our servers on every visit, not in the browser.

  • Roster-based access. A parent gets in only if they’re on your family list.
  • Pages for a school or grade. The Grade 8 trip page opens only for Grade 8 families.
  • Kept out of search engines. Private pages aren’t listed on Google.

FAQ

Portal questions.

Do parents need to create another password?

No. Parents sign in with Google or Microsoft, or with a one-time code or link sent to their email.

How do we decide who can get in?

Import your family list from a spreadsheet, such as an export from your student information system. Only parents on that list can open family pages, and you can limit a page to one school or grade.

Can staff have their own private pages?

Yes. Staff-only pages use the same login, limited to the people on your staff list.

Where do form answers go?

Every answer lands in one list for that form. Filter it, save views, and export it to a spreadsheet whenever you need to.

Will private pages show up on Google?

No. Pages behind the login are kept out of search engines, and access is checked on our servers on every visit.
