How it works

Say it. Check it. Publish it.

No menus to learn. Editors describe the change the way they’d tell a colleague.

  1. Say what you need

“Post the November lunch menu on every school site.” “Add Ms. Patel to the staff directory.” Plain words, typed or pasted.

  2. Check the preview

See the page exactly as families will. Ask for changes the same way: “make the dates bigger”, “move the form up”.

  3. Publish, or send for approval

Publish straight away, or send it to the district office first. You decide who can publish what.

District and schools

Every school. One workspace.

The district site and each school site live together. Shared content updates everywhere at once, and each school keeps what’s its own.

  • Shared once, live everywhere. Closures, policies and district news reach every school site.
  • Local where it matters. Each school keeps its own principal’s note, bell times and events.
  • Editors per school. Roles decide who can edit and who can publish each site.
  • One look, many schools. Each school gets its own colors and photos inside the district design.
The pages families check

Directories and menus that stay current.

Staff directories, lunch menus, bus routes, athletics schedules and board documents live as simple lists. Update one entry, or import a spreadsheet, and every page that shows it changes.

  • Import from a spreadsheet. Bring in a CSV export and keep it in sync by re-importing.
  • One entry, many pages. A teacher appears on her school’s page and the district directory.
  • Site search. Families type what they need instead of guessing which menu it’s under.
Built in

Everything a school site needs, already there.

Plain-words editing

Editors describe the change. No page builder to learn, no developer to call.

Approvals

Draft, approve, publish. School editors draft; the district office signs off where you want it to.

Every family’s language

Pages in more than 200 languages, so families read the site in the language they speak at home.

Fast on any phone

Pages load quickly on a parent’s phone, with PageSpeed scores of 85 and up.

Accessible templates

Built to WCAG 2.1 AA: headings, contrast, labels and keyboard use come with every page.

What families read

See which pages families visit most and where they came from, so you fix what matters first.

FAQ

Website questions.

Do we need a developer or web vendor to make changes?

No. Anyone you give access to can update pages by describing the change in plain words, then checking the preview before it goes live.

Can a principal edit only their own school’s site?

Yes. Roles decide who can edit which school and who can publish. A school editor can draft changes for the district office to approve.

Can we keep our current web address?

Yes. Your district and school sites stay on your own domain.

Can we bring in our staff directory and other lists?

Yes. Import a spreadsheet (CSV) for staff, menus, bus routes or schedules. Re-import whenever it changes, or edit single entries in plain words.

Who moves our existing pages?

We do, for free. Our team copies your pages, documents, calendar and news from your current provider, and trains your editors before launch.
